One of the first things you need to understand and realize for yourself is that- IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. The most common issue that someone who have been abused faces is guilt. Please do not blame yourself for what has happened as it is he abuser who is at fault no matter what and you have not contributed to it in anyway. You need to stop listening to those voices of guilt and shame and harken to the tender voice that tells you, you are valued, loved and important!
